INITIATIVE: Klefer [2018-2022]
Being pioneers is part of our DNA, and the Go Live initiative is another milestone we’re proud of: the first live second-screen broadcast in the sports universe.
The setting was the 2018 Copa Continental do Brasil Final. We created Go Live, the official second-screen program for the tournament, hosted inside the Neo Química Arena in a VIP box transformed into a full-fledged TV studio. Special guests included Casimiro (Cazé), Igão (Podpah), Felps, Rudy Landuccy, and others.
In partnership with Twitch—a strategic ally venturing into traditional sports—we delivered a broadcast free of game footage, adopting a youthful, relaxed tone from pre-game to post-match.
The success was undeniable. The initiative garnered media attention, attracted new audiences who might not have watched the match otherwise, and grew in subsequent seasons. In 2019, Go Live spanned the entire season with numerous special guests and culminated in a fully branded house for the final. This event featured top sports influencers and included live game reactions and activities over a five-hour broadcast.

The program continued through 2022, with commercial deals for the broadcasts. In 2019, it aired exclusively on Facebook; in 2021, on ClaroTV’s Channel 500; and in 2020/21 on TikTok, before returning to Twitch in 2022.
Brands like Sicredi, Claro, Ambev, Sportsbet.io, Domino’s, and Lupo leveraged Go Live to engage with younger, digitally active audiences.
